Penny Marshall directed this moving drama that was nominated for three Academy Awards.

    Comments about this product:

This film very sensitively explores the life of others who have become basically catatonic due to a virus but are provided an opportunity to really embrace life and deeply appreciate it due to a determined and caring doctor. Both Robert De Niro and Robin Williams should have received Oscars. Certainly makes any able-bodied person be grateful for her/his abilities that are taken for granted.
