Five magnificent musicals fill this 7-disc set with love, laughs and all-around joy! A 2-disc special edition of Irving Berlin's Academy Award-winning "Easter Parade" (1948) stars legends Fred Astaire and Judy Garland, and Vincent Minelli directs Astaire again in the buoyant backstage skewering "The Band Wagon" (1953), also a double disc special. Francis Ford Coppola helms "Finian's Rainbow" (1968), which would be Astaire's last screen musical, while Minelli is back, directing the hit "Bells Are Ringing" (1960) with Judy Holliday and Dean Martin. Finally, Gene Kelly and Cyd Charisse are pure magic in Lerner and Loewe's "Brigadoon" (1954).
