Lindsay Lohan stars in this fun and energetic 2004 comedy that audiences of all ages will love. Adapted from the popular young adult book of the same name, Lohan plays a horrified Manhattanite whose life has come to an end when her family must leave the Big Apple and move to suburban New Jersey! With aspirations of becoming a star, she tries to adapt to her new surroundings, beginning with a plan to land the lead in the school play by beating out her rival, played by Megan Fox. A lively pop soundtrack adds to the entertainment throughout, including a couple of tunes sung by Lohan herself.
