Beautiful actress Claire Norvelle takes a luxury cruise to Europe hotly pursued by debonair John Blair, a wealthy Broadway investor who refuses to take "no" for an answer. Blair, in turn, is being stalked by his angry and jealous girlfriend Constance. Rejecting Blair's advances, Claire finds welcome company with handsome Bruce Allen, a brilliant writer specializing in criminology. When Blair is found dead, Claire is arrested and charged with murder.
