The dazzling images come thick and fast in this eye-popping, fantasy-tinged drama from "The Cell" (2000) director Tarsem Singh. When an injury leaves silent era stuntman Lee Pace bedridden, he is depressed and suicidal. Still, he befriends fellow hospitalpatient Catinca Untaru and enthralls the little girl with stories of adventure. Pace and the child share a pleasing chemistry, but what makes Singh's work special is the imagery binding together vivid colors, exotic locales, and larger-than-life characters. The overall effect is stunning. DVD extras include two audio commentaries, deleted scenes and featurettes.
