One of the most unusual and convincing monsters in film history stalks the countryside in this imaginative MGM horror film. Retired neuroscientist Kynaston Reeves ("The Forsyte Saga") finds his experiments with telekinesis yielding deadly effects when a nearby U.S. air base's experiments with nuclear energy create a series of crawling, murderous brains. It's up to Air Force major Marshall Thompson ("Daktari") to end the invasion before the creatures multiply to create an unstoppable force.
