Miracles happen in the most unlikely places, even on death row. After scoring with his debut feature, "The Shawshank Redemption" (1994), writer-director Frank Darabont drew on another Stephen King prison story for his follow-up. Tom Hanks stars as a death-row guard who gradually realizes that gentle giant Michael Clarke Duncan is not guilty of the murders for which he's been condemned, particularly when Duncan reveals he can heal the sick. The film also stars David Morse, Bonnie Hunt, Michael Jeter, Graham Greene, Sam Rockwell and Barry Pepper. Two-disc set includes director's commentary, BTS, tests, featurettes, more.
