This time out Ol' Blue Eyes returns to take on the mantle of Tony Rome, a Miami private eye, who discovers a lady in cement while he is scuba diving. Tony digs into the case and comes up against boozy socialite Kit (Raquel Welch), former wiseguy Al (Martin Gabel) and Al's reckless son Paul (Steve Peck). No matter where this case takes him, Tony isn't going to stop until he catches the killer and does right by the lady in cement.
