After the death of her mother, feminist writer Agathe Villanova (Agnes Jaoui) returns home to the South of France, where, on a whim, she decides to run for public office. But when she agrees to let two budding filmmakers make a documentary about her leap into politics, the trio faces an array of comical mishaps-from fickle weather to complex love triangles-along the way.
