The British television program Murphy's Law (not to be confused with the 1986 Charlie Bronson film of the same name) originally ran from 2001 to 2007 on BBC1. An action-laced crime drama series, it starred James Nesbitt as Tommy Murphy, an undercover cop with a taste for the some of the most emotionally, mentally and conceptually challenging scenarios imaginable. Series Two of the program, which originally ran from May to June of 2004, finds the stakes growing even higher than they were in Series One. Stories find Murphy investigating the death of a fellow policeman at the hands of a serial killer by assuming a staggering six different personas; joining an Interpol investigation; solving an apparent convent suicide; unveiling dirty secrets about a biotech lab; and much more. This set contains all six original episodes from Season 2 as they originally aired on BBC1 in the UK and on BBC America in the US.
