A middle-aged Austrian medical technician (Maria Hofstätter) sets out to enjoy her summer vacation in the only way she knows how─proselytizing door-to-door with a two-foot statue of the Virgin Mary in tow. Her piety gets a severe test, however, when her estranged, now-paralyzed Egyptian Muslim husband (Nabil Saleh) re-enters her life, hoping to pick up where they left off. Ulrich Seidl's second entry in his "Paradise" trilogy co-stars Natalya Baranova, Rene Rupnik. 113 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: German and Arabic Dolby Digital 5.1; Subtitles: English; photo gallery; theatrical trailers. In German and Arabic with English subtitles.
