Ken Maynard has to shoot his way through hell on Earth in this intriguing B Western from Tiffany Pictures, one of Hollywood's best Poverty Row studios. Framed on charges of theft and murder, Maynard breaks out of prison to get the real crook. He goes undercover at Frances Dade's ranch and romantic sparks fly. Needless to say, it's a stroke of luck that the woman's fianc, Frank Mayo, is also the man he's looking to put behind bars. Directed at a pretty solid pace by Phil Rosen ("Spooks Run Wild," 1941).
