A love story comes full circle in "Serendipity" (2001). While Christmas shopping in New York City, John Cusack meets Kate Beckinsale over a pair of gloves at a up-scale department store. After an amazing evening together, she writes her number on a slip of paper, only to have it stolen by the wind. Determined to let fate take its course, she writes her number on the inside of a book and sells it, telling him that he'll have to come across it if they're meant to be. The pair part ways, and are finally reunited many years later in this true romantic love story.
