England's most popular comedy duo, Eric Morecambe and Ernie Wise, star in this delightful caper comedy. After a run-in with the Royal Family, two addled traffic wardens take a speedy vacation in the French Riviera, where the notorious international jewel thief Le Pirate, played by Paul Stassino, targets them as the perfect "mules" for smuggling his fortune into England. While Stassino hatches his plan, his beautiful assistant, played by Suzanne Lloyd, is on hand to keep the boys distracted. But all bets are off when members of a rival gang start turning up dead.
