Jack Oakie, John Payne, Cesar Romero, and Alice Faye star in this 1941 musical dramedy set in the early days of radio during the Roaring '20s. Payne and Romero are entrepreneurs searching for a great new business idea, and they think they've found one when they link up with a lovely lounge singer (Faye).
