Not knowing is sometimes the best thing for love in the screwball comedy "Ticket to Paradise" (1936). Roger Pryor plays a man with amnesia who falls for a billionaire's daughter, Wendy Barrie. When the two run off together in a romantic flurry, the woman's father, Claude Gillingwater, hires a detective to track them down. Things become more complicated for the couple when they cross paths with a dangerous gangster, making the hapless lovebirds' problems bigger and funnier.
