Volume 4 of Warner Bros. Pictures' "Gangster Collection" (2008) features a bonus disc that captures the spirit of this 6-disc set: the feature-length documentary "Public Enemies: The Golden Age Of The Gangster Film" (2008). The mob movies included in this collection feature stars galore, with Edward G. Robinson featured prominently in all but one, "Invisible Stripes" (1939) with Humphrey Bogart, George Raft, and William Holden. Bogart also appears with Robinson in "The Amazing Dr. Clitterhouse" (1938) and "Kid Galahad" (1962). In "Little Giant" (1933), Robinson plays a bootlegger and in "Larceny, Inc." (1942), he plays an ex-con alongside Broderick Crawford, Jane Wyman and Anthony Quinn.
