When self-help guru R.J. Stevens (Martin Lawrence) returns home for his parents' (James Earl Jones and Margaret Avery) fiftieth wedding anniversary with his reality star fiancee (Joy Bryant) in tow, his family is not having his high-falutin' Hollywood ways. Siblings Mike Epps, Michael Clarke Duncan, and Mo'Nique call him out and his cousin (Cedric the Entertainer) tries to show him up by stealing R.J.'s high school sweetheart. Director Malcolm D.
