It's danger and intrigue on the high seas in "Windjammer" (1937). George O'Brien plays Bruce Lane, a lawyer who is ordered to serve a subpoena on Commodore Russell Selby (Brandon Evans). The commodore tries to dodge the summons by taking off in a yacht race, so Bruce disguises himself as a wealthy playboy and is welcomed aboard the craft where he meets the commodore's pretty daughter Betty (Constance Worth). But in the middle of the race, the yacht is attacked and wrecked by a gun-running windjammer commanded by the villainous Captain Morgan (William Hall). Morgan takes everyone on board hostage and it's up to Bruce to use his wits to save them all.
