Pamela Anderson stars as "Barb Wire" (1996), a leather-clad biker chick in the year 2017. She runs a nightclub in the last free city in America - a fascist junta called the "Congressional Directorate" has taken over the rest of the nation and plans to wipe out the population with a manufactured disease derived from the AIDS virus. Barb becomes an enemy of the state when she is suspected of carrying antibodies to the virus in her DNA, so she sets out to defend freedom by posing as a stripper and seducing male enemies.
