Victoria Ruffo will touch viewers' hearts with her masterful portrayal of a selfless single mother who despite a serious medical condition*is willing to sacrifice anything for the well-being of her three sons. Refugio (Ruffo) is a hardworking woman who was left to mother her sons alone after being abandoned by their father. Facing countless challenges and always thinking selflessly she has provided for them with the modest income received from her job. However she has received very little recognition for all her sacrifices as her three sons now adults show little gratitude.
