Deadly Force

A diabolical serial killer terrorizes Los Angeles, leaving a trail of dead bodies in his wake, each with an "X" carved into their head. Hot on his trail is Stoney Cooper (Wings Hauser), an ex-cop booted off the force for his maverick, rule-breaking ways. Stoney’s personal connection to one of the victims motivates him to take it upon himself to catch the crazed murderer before he can strike again.
