A unique, atmospheric crime story starring Ewa Aulin and Jean-Louis Trintignant, "Deadly Sweet" (1967) follows a French actor who discovers a beautiful young woman hiding in the room next to the corpse of an old man. Believing in the woman's innocence andwanting to protect her, he joins her on the run, but they have been framed for murder.
