Mixed martial arts fighters Ken Min (writer/director Jino Kang) and Tokyo Joe (Bill Duff) were once friends, until the vicious Joe killed a young couple. Ken tries to make amends by teaching at a youth center and helping the couple's orphaned son, but when Joe is released from jail the stage is set for a final showdown between the ex-comrades.
