It was the last lousy day of a lousy semester, and meek high school English teacher Andy Campbell (Charlie Day) just wanted it over. It got worse once he bore witness to a final-straw classroom burst of temper from short-fused history instructor Strickland (Ice Cube)...and didn’t cover for him. Now, the fired Strickland has promised that they’ll meet outside after final bell--and Andy tries one backfiring gambit after another to get to summer break in one piece.
