When the efforts of Hong Kong undercover cop Kit (Wu Jing) to infiltrate the organ trafficking operations of Mr. Hung (Louis Koo) go south, he finds himself in a prison where the corrupt warden (Zhang Jin) runs the place as Hung’s mill for fresh parts.
