RJ the raccoon is in trouble for stealing Vincent the bear's food supply! To restock Vincent's grub before the bear sends him into long-term hibernation, RJ seeks help from his forest friends to raid the cupboards of the suburban neighborhood that sprouted up "over the hedge" while they were asleep for the winter.
