The Swan: The Complete Series

Debuting on Fox in 2004, this wildly engaging (and extremely controversial) reality show offered women who considered themselves to be "ugly ducklings" the chance to improve themselves by undergoing severe physical, mental and emotional transformations. Unable to look in a mirror for three months, each of the contestants works with a team of experts to enhance their appearance and personality while preparing for a pageant in which "the Ultimate Swan" will be revealed.
